Randy Warner serves as a Managing Director at Fairchild and maintains s 32 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Fairchild, he had a diverse carrier in real estate.  He and a partner are currently developing a hotel in Charleston, SC.  From 2011 to 2015, he acquired, entitled and sold residential and mixed-use properties, as well as a portfolio of 90 billboard locations, in the booming Bakken oil field of western North Dakota.  From 2009 to 2011, he was buying distressed subdivisions in Atlanta and Texas as a partner with the Murchison family.  From 2003 to 2008, he was a partner at Crow Financial Partners, a Dallas based real estate finance firm.  Prior to Crow, he was an executive with HomeBuilder.com, which was purchased by Homestore.com to combine with its successful Realtor.com website.
