John O'Toole

John (Jay) O’Toole serves as a Managing Director at Fairchild concentrating in the multifamily and hospitality sectors. Jay brings his Wall Street background, which started as a fixed income analyst and institutional bond salesman with Dean Witter. Years later he moved to the wealth management area with Smith Barney and RBC serving executives of publicly traded companies with concentrated stock positions in their companies, advising them on how to diversify and monetize those positions into a financial plan. Mr. O’Toole’s expertise includes asset allocation, risk management, retirement and estate planning which he applies to the strategic evaluation of commercial real estate portfolios for preservation and growth of assets.

Jay graduated from Saint Edward’s University with a B.S in Finance. He holds a CRPC designation and has completed extensive course work towards a CFP.
